In 2016, I quit my safe corporate video job to mix my passions of travel and storytelling.

Searching for stories in coastal Africa, I found a tiny charity, ran by two guys (one Ghanaian, the other British), who liked what I was doing and decided to help me connect with larger organisations in the region.

Before you knew it, I was flying over to Accra, Ghana, upon a 5 week adventure working with social enterprises and major organisations like UNICEF, filming and photographing a diverse collection of stories.

I was lucky enough to make some great friends, and to have the chance to tell stories of some very interesting people, from footballers, to seamstress and entrepreneurs; telling stories that challenge Western perceptions of sub-Saharan Africans.
